How Takara Works
Takara is Bitcoin’s first digital financial platform and an RWA yield platform on Solana, where participants allocate USDT into principal protected vaults with defined terms.
The core flow
Choose a vault term
Takara currently offers four Elite vaults with fixed terms of 18, 20, 30, and 36 months, and a BTC Treasury Vault that extends the same system by letting participants allocate their mined $TKR to earn Bitcoin rewards.
Allocate USDT and activate your position
Your position is created on-chain and represented by a Wexel NFT, which holds all your vault details: duration, reward rates, and exit conditions, in a single non-fungible position.
Vault fills, then begins mining
Each vault begins in a collecting phase until it reaches $25,000 of the required threshold. After that, a 5 day countdown starts before the vault becomes active and begins mining rewards.
Earn USDT monthly and mine $TKR over time
Once active, your rewards accrue according to the vault rules. All reward distributions are monthly, and $TKR is mined through participation.
Vault activation in simple terms
Step 1: Collecting
The vault collects allocations until it reaches $25,000 total.
Step 2: Countdown (5 days)
After the vault hits the threshold, a 5 day countdown begins. After that, a new vault opens under the same conditions as the previous one, and the participation threshold must be reached again before it activates.
Step 3: Active
When the countdown finishes, the vault becomes active and monthly rewards begin accruing.
Three reward streams
$TKR mining
$TKR is mined over time by active participants. You don’t need $TKR to enter a vault, only USDT. $TKR is earned through participation, the more people participate, the less $TKR APY can be allocated. Early adopters of the ecosystem reap the highest rewards.
USDT yield distribution
Your USDT position earns yield, distributed on a monthly schedule. In case of USDT yield, your position is not affected by the amount of people participating in the ecosystem, it depends only on the amount of $TKR that you can allocate in order to boost your USDT yield.
Bitcoin rewards distribution Takara also includes a Bitcoin rewards layer. Treasury profits generated by the protocol are systematically converted into Bitcoin and distributed to users through the BTC Vault. This positions Bitcoin rewards as part of the platform’s core design, not a separate feature.
$TKR listing note
At listing, $TKR is set to launch at $1. The listing will take place when 10% of the total supply (2.100.000) will be mined by the community.
